PROLUBE COPPER
Specialized lubricant on a copper base, prevents blocking, baking and acidification of mechanisms in a wide range of temperatures (from -30 ° C to + 1000 ° C).
Features:
Wide range of operating temperatures: due to the content of ultrathin copper particles, it retains all its parameters in a wide range of temperatures from -30 ° C to + 1000 ° C.
Mechanical stability and water proof: not flushed with water even at low temperatures.
Provides anticorrosion resistance: due to the content of corrosion inhibitors, it protects the surface from corrosion.
Prevents blocking, baking and acidification: it works efficiently even under harsh industrial conditions, prevents blocking, baking and lubrication of mechanisms.
Conducts electric current: due to the content of its composition, a sufficient amount of copper can be used where the demand is electric conductivity.
High mechanical strength: retains its excellent lubricating properties, even in hard industrial conditions, which prevents seizure and blocking of parts of the mechanisms and their deformation due to the appearance of high loads (pressures).
Application / method of use
PROLUBE COPPER is intended mainly for use in those industries where active work is required under extreme conditions, mainly at high temperatures.
Intended, in the first place, for lubrication:
- large joints and flanges;
- bolts, nuts and connections of inspection openings in boilers or boilers;
- screws, bolts, nuts and joints on chains of conveyors of furnaces;
- Injectors in cylinder heads of diesel engines, screws and joints;
- drill rods.
Can be used in all cases where there is a high operating temperature and aggressive corrosive environment, which can cause blockage, jamming and irreversible deformation of the mechanical parts of the device.
PROLUBE COPPER meets the ISO 9001 standard.
Active Ingredients:
- microplate copper
- refined mineral oil
- Extreme pressure and antioxidant additives
ATTENTION: In case of visual corrosion, it is necessary to pre-clean and degrease the surface to which the lubricant will be applied. You can not use PROLUBE COPPER to lubricate bearings. Use for metals and materials resistant to mineral oils.
